For direct bookings with the Flexible Standard Rate, no charge will be made before arrival. The booking can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. In case of later cancellation, no-show, or early departure, the full cost of the stay will be charged. With the Non-Refundable Rate, the total amount for the entire stay will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, modification, no-show, or early departure, no refund will be issued. For bookings made through intermediaries, the conditions agreed with the intermediary apply.
PAYMENT
We accept the following cards: VISA, AMEX, MASTERCARD, CARTA-SI and BANCOMAT. Cash payment is limited, by Italian law, to € 4.999,00. If you want to pay a higher amount in cash, please present the enclosed declaration at check-in, with which you confirm that you are not a resident of Italy. The limit will then be raised to € 15,000.00.
In the event of overbooking, we rebook the reservation at a 5-star hotel nearby.
A continuous stay in the same room, especially during high season, is not guaranteed. A room change might be necessary and will be communicated on arrival. For detailed information about your stay, please get in touch with our reservation office.
