Born in Pristina, in the heart of the Kosovar region (or in the Kosovar region of Serbia), Rama grew up surrounded by a vibrant tapestry of ethnic and cultural influences. At the age of 13, he moved to Veneto, marking the start of a lifelong adventure driven by curiosity and the desire to explore. His travels through Germany, Spain, and Sweden, before returning to Italy, enriched his perspective and refined his craft, inspiring cocktails that blend authentic roots with innovative flair. Today, through his creations, Rama invites his guests to experience a journey of their own, one that blends cherished memories with new and unexpected flavours.
