Born in Civitavecchia in 1991, Claudio Santini became interested in cooking at an early age thanks to his maternal grandmother, who passed on an unconditional love for food. After several experiences in Italy and abroad, at the beginning of 2025 he accepted an invitation from the Grand Hotel Fasano to take on the role of Executive Chef at Trattoria Il Pescatore and the Magnolia restaurant. Today, Claudio Santini is a self-taught professional who trained by learning the tricks of the trade in all the places he has visited. His cuisine is immediately readable, healthy, fully enhanced and built around just a few ingredients.
