We are delighted to welcome Maurizio Bufi, the new Executive Chef of the “Il Fagiano” restaurant, to the Grand Hotel Fasano. Maurizio comes from far away: he is originally from Molfetta, Apulia, and brought Mediterranean cuisine from southern Italy, which he has creatively updated and revised. He worked on Lake Garda for around ten years, first at the Lefay Resort, then as Executive Chef at Villa Giulia, where his cuisine was awarded a Michelin star. Now a new chapter begins in his life, and we are proud to be a part of it.
