Maurizio Bufi is the Executive Chef of Il Fagiano restaurant. Maurizio comes from far away: he is originally from Molfetta (Apulia), and from his land he brought with him the flavors of the Mediterranean Sea, which he skillfully combines with those of our lake. In the second year the restaurant Il Fagiano obtained the first MICHELIN star in the 2024 guide.
