Rama Redzepi
Born far from Lake Garda, technique and great passion forge the character of the bartender of the Grand Hotel Fasano. Rama Redzepi became passionate about the world of distillation from an early age when, in the grandparents' country house, he learned to distil the Balkan grappa Sliwowitz. Today his creativity and knowledge are reflected in the Gin Lounge and in the various bars of the hotel.
