Born far from Lake Garda, technique and great passion forge the character of the bartender of the Grand Hotel Fasano: Rama Redzepi. He has been passionate about the world of distillation since he was a child, when, in his grandparents' country house, he learned to distill the Balkan grappa Sliwowitz. Today his creativity and knowledge are reflected in the Gin Lounge and in the various bars of the hotel.
