  • Cooking class from 9:30 am to approximately 2:30 pm
  • Departure from Grand Hotel Fasano at 9:15 am
  • Fully hands-on cooking course
  • Food intolerances or allergies must be communicated in advance
  • Up to 2 guests: €880 total
  • From the third guest onwards: €120 per additional person

Immerse yourself in the village of Tresnico in a traditional home where Chef Fabio will welcome you. A professional guide will accompany you throughout the journey, sharing the history of the area with you and assisting with translation and communication with the chef. A private, fully hands-on culinary experience dedicated to traditional Italian cuisine. You actively take part in every stage of preparation, learning techniques, recipes and local culinary traditions in an authentic setting. 

FIRST COURSES – TWO RECIPES OF CHOICE  
• Gnocchi  
• Fresh pasta with two diAerent sauces  
• Homemade ravioli  
• Fresh lasagna  
• Possibility to request specific recipes or fillings such as amatriciana, cacio e pepe, ragù, fresh 
tomato sauce, vegetarian fillings, tortelli mantovani or any other preparation guests wish to learn  

MAIN COURSES  
• Seasonal lake fish or selected meat dishes  
• Saor with various sauces  
• Grilled lake trout served with polenta  
• Rabbit or chicken with traditional fillings prepared on the spot  
• Hands-on lesson on deboning and rollé preparation, including stuAed savoy cabbage
•Polenta always included  

DESSERTS  
• Panna cotta  
• Tiramisù  
• Selection of tarts with artisanal Tabarelli jams  
• Freshly baked cookies  

BREAD & FOCACCIA  
Bread and focaccia are prepared exclusively by the chef. Due to required rising times, they cannot be 
consumed immediately after preparation; however, upon request, guests may learn the complete 
preparation process.  

BEVERAGES INCLUDED  
• Two selected local wines  
• Traditional Garda-style Spritz aperitif  
• Homemade lemon verbena liqueur
